Happy Sunday everyone! I hope everyone is having a blessed day! I also hope that you have all had a chance to worship in whatever way Covid allows you to! Even if we can't go to Church and gather with our fellow Christians we should never forget to praise him and thank him for our blessings! We had a birthday party yesterday for my oldest Grandson. He turned 5! He is our Thanksgiving baby! So we invited his Mom & Dad and all of his cousins and their families and of course Nana Rysted! No, we didn't wear mask and yes, we broke all the covid rules. I'm not saying this to be defiant or proud! It's just that it's hard to keep masks on little kids! Especially when they are chasing each other around the house! We had birthday cake, ice cream and snacks, (chips & dip, summer sausage, crackers & candy for the kids). Izaiah got some great presents but his favorite by far was a set of nerf guns 🔫 from his fun Aunt Katie! So that was the entertainment for the rest of the day. Even the adults got in on it. We have a nice big porch that wraps almost all the way around our house and a family room in the basement! So the kids had plenty of room to run and play! We are so grateful for the blessing of this house that gives us space for family to gather! It rained all day yesterday but the kids were able to run around on the porch! We had a really great day! Thank you to the clever talent at Woods Supermarket! The cake had Dinosaurs 🦕 being chased by mudding trucks! Here are some pictures!
