Walking,exercise,health,walking trails . I don't know about the rest of you but I'm not so great about staying on an exercise program. I start out with the best of intentions and then I stop. I always have an excuse! I'm too tired, I'm too busy ect... Well the one kind of exercise that I do like to do is walking! Especially in the Spring and Fall. Well Fall is here with it's bite to the air and it's crystal blue skies. It is perfect walking weather! We will video our walk later and show you how beautiful the farm can be in Fall!
