Flowers,flower arrangements,gardening . So yesterday I also harvested the last of my cutting garden! I cut some zinnias, blue đ Salvia, flowering vinca, red đš roses, and Lantana. Some of these flowers đ not everyone would think of as a cutting flower but they actually do very well. So after cutting then I threw them in water because I had to stop and take care of Grandbaby's! When I got back to my flowers I mixed 2 tsp of sugar, 2 tsp of bleach, 2 tsp of lemon đ juice with a quart of lukewarm đ§ water. I made enough of this mixture to fill my vases. I started stripping the lower leaves off the stems, then cut the stems at an angle. I just put the stems in , in a criss cross pattern in the vase which makes a grid for the rest of the arrangement! I set a pretty table last night đ which is fun for me! And if you can't tell I have a deep love for the color blue, especially cobalt blue! So here are some pics!
