Family time, recipes, cooking, Lasanga, Apple Crisp . . Hey all! Our big family dinner was Lasanga, home canned greenbeans, and Apple 🍎 Crisp. I made the Lasaga with my signature Marinara Sauce (ha,ha it's in the Betty Crocker cook book.)! My Son's girlfriend, April, made the crisp! It was all delicious! Here are the recipes!
After making the sauce and boiling the noodles, I layer with a mixture of cottage cheese or ricotta mixed with a tble sp of parsley and an egg 🥚, mozzarella, sauce and noodles. Cover with foil and bake at 425%. Cook for twenty minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until browned on top!
